Plot: An emotionally and mentally drained lady comes to her sister's house seeking shelter.Her antics irritate the ill-tempered brother-in-law which in turn spoils the couple's happy life routine. How he successfully evicts the sis-in-law from his place ends the story.
Highlights:
- Marlon Brando (his perfectly fit physique was a surprise) doesn't look like he is acting. He lives the character he plays and it shows! To do a thing of that sort when one is fresh out of 'stage drama' profession is incredible.
- Vivien Leigh, as the bewitched clueless soul performs very well.
There surely was an element of dramatic acting by all the lady stars involved. Maybe, that was the order of the day in the 50s.
