My debut film

Here comes the first of them. Hopefully not the last!

Watching a film, conceptualising one & making a film are on the three different x,y,z 3-d axes. This simple small film has made me understand that the hard way!

Anyway, working on the video clips post recording and making the film was an extremely interesting event.

Finally after 15 mins of area scouting, capturing(pardon the shakes-i was riding a cycle while capturing) & an hour of post-production , my first short video (wouldn't call this a film) is up and running at:

Nostalgia - Cycle school trips

Check it out.

  9. Good one machi ... I guess after home theatre our next investment should be a nice cam camcorder !!!

BTW I especially liked the part where u showed your fingers in a mildly impatient way playing on the handle bar when u focussed on your cycle.

One thing that I have read about is the the fading transition is the most used when moving from one scene to other. One other thing I wud recommend as an ending to the film would be the images of both the schools finally transitioning to your cycle and then your home gate !!!
